How the free trial works

When you join Health For You, you start with 24 hours of full access at no charge - workouts, healthy recipes, yoga and mindfulness, on any device. To start, you confirm activation via your mobile carrier. You must be 18 or over and the account holder or have permission.

What happens after the trial

Unless you cancel during the free period, your subscription continues automatically at £4.50 per week and renews each week until you decide to cancel. There is nothing extra to do to keep access.

How billing works

Health For You is billed to your mobile account through your carrier. Charges are £4.50 per week after the free 24 hours. All prices include applicable taxes.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time using the unsubscribe method shown during sign-up, or by emailing contact@health4you-gi.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Data costs

Any mobile data or connection costs charged by your operator are not part of the service price and remain your responsibility.

Refunds

No partial refunds are granted for unused periods unless required by law. If you think you have been charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.
